Modern Showcase: The Encino, a $13 Million Estate Staged by Meridith Baer Home

At Meridith Baer Home, we specialize in modern staging that balances high style with organic warmth, helping contemporary houses feel both exciting and welcoming to buyers.

Our latest modern showcase is The Encino, a newly built 12,300 square foot luxury home in Encino’s exclusive Royal Estates community.

The Encino

With grand rooms featuring slat wood walls and ceilings, the estate’s interior architecture is dazzling. Toured empty, a top-market property like this can be impressive, but also imposing.

Our furnishings were artfully curated to bring intimate atmosphere to the space, making sure it looks both beautiful and comfortable, fashionable and livable.

RUE Magazine – At Home with Meridith Baer

Meridith Baer recently invited RUE Magazine into her Los Angeles home, giving them a quick tour to share on Instagram!

Walking through the house, Meridith showed RUE how she brings the outdoors inside, how she styles her bookshelves so they remind her of family, and how she assembled her unique “industrial meets château” planter garden.

Meridith’s beloved cat and unofficial MBH mascot Tiggy even made an appearance at the tour’s end!

Staging a Modern Intracoastal Estate on Boca Raton’s Mansion Row

Meridith Baer Home stages South Florida’s most exclusive listings, transforming them from empty upmarket spaces into fully furnished, stylish and inviting homes.

Our latest showcase project is this modern Intracoastal estate on Boca Raton’s elite “Mansion Row,” designed by award-winning firm Affiniti Architects.

Modern Intracoastal Estate

The home spans almost 9,000 square feet with a unique open-plan indoor/outdoor layout offering stunning pool and Intracoastal views from almost every room.

With limitless possibilities for arranging décor, grand spaces like this can overwhelm buyers. We sectioned the house into smart, chic living, dining, and lounging areas, helping it feel sensible and desirable.

Eclectic Staging Showcase: Moraga Estates

Eclectic design is whimsical, beautiful, and impossible to pin down. An elegant mashup of styles, it brings any home to vivid, energetic life.

Meridith Baer Home offers eclectic staging for listings demanding uniquely chic interiors. Balancing sophistication with spirit, we transform these properties into high-fashion works of art.

Our latest eclectic showcase is this grand mansion in Bel Air’s exclusive Moraga Estates.

Moraga Estates

Our staging in the home’s palatial living room features a two-toned custom curved sofa, architectural chairs, and an industrial coffee table with a base of blackened steel spheres.

Juxtaposing these modern elements with a stately grand piano and gilded antique mirror, we introduced the artful fusion of styles that characterizes eclectic interiors.

Moraga Estates

We continued that design direction in the dining room, accenting the ends of the table with bold monochrome striped head chairs, lending the space a dramatic mixed effect.

In the master suite, we contrasted the traditional double doors and archways of the room with glamorous contemporary décor, producing a vignette that feels decadent, but still welcoming.

Compass Testimonial: Two Homes Staged and Sold for Six Figures Over Asking

Compass Testimonial: Two Homes Staged and Sold for Six Figures Over Asking

At Meridith Baer Home, we’re always thrilled when our staged homes sell quickly and for far over their asking prices.

We recently furnished two listings in Westwood for James Bremner, Compass and were delighted to learn that both sold within two weeks—one for $485,000 over asking and the other for $310,000 over asking!

James sent this lovely note to our Relationship Manager, Deb, and designer, John:

Dear Deb and John;

Yet again, you and your team have gone up and beyond anything I could ask for in your recent staging of my two Westwood listings.

As always, the quality of the furniture and John’s amazing design aesthetic wowed my sellers and all of the agents/clients who toured the homes.

Both properties sold in multiple offers and way over their asking prices which is a testament to your great work.

I also want to note the fantastic job the crew did, with John, Josh and Mario’s oversite, during the installation. They were professional in every aspect of their jobs and worked tirelessly with smiles on their faces.

Thank you again for another amazing experience with Meridith Baer Home and here’s to many more!!
