Located on one of Venice, California’s famed walk streets, the Historic Modern home was assembled by pairing the front of a 1907 Craftsman bungalow that was brought from an adjacent site with a newly built two-story rear addition.

Paying tribute to both the cottage’s hybrid architecture and the neighborhood’s chic style, we installed eclectic interiors that blended rustic and transitional elements, creating a space that feels fresh, fashionable, and inviting.
