Meridith Baer Home Staged Barron Hilton’s $75 Million Bel Air Estate For Sale
The historic Bel Air estate of hotel magnate, philanthropist, and sportsman W. Barron Hilton was recently listed for sale, staged by Meridith Baer Home!
On market for $75 million, the 15,000 square foot mansion was designed in the 1930s by pioneering architect Paul R. Williams, who also created homes for Frank Sinatra, Lucille Ball, and Bill “Bojangles” Robinson.
Boasting 13 bedrooms and several living and entertaining spaces, the house’s storied highlight may be its executive office, with its desk bought by Conrad N. Hilton and passed down the family’s generations.
We styled the property with grand transitional elegance, honoring its classic English Georgian architecture while subtly updating its interiors with contemporary poise.
Rising to the challenge of furnishing so palatial a space, we aimed to show upmarket buyers how they might live in each room with both comfort and sophistication.
We staged the property for Rick And Barron N. Hilton, Hilton & Hyland.
The beautiful photographs of the estate are by Tyler J. Hogan.
The listing was recently profiled in Forbes, including a video tour of the estate:
