Staging a Luxury Condo at The Chatham in Lenox Hill, New York
Lenox Hill is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in New York City, both in terms of finance and culture.
Home to the renowned Whitney Museum and the European treasures of The Frick Collection, the Upper East Side community also boasts some of the city’s most coveted pre-war mansions alongside more contemporary highrises.
One of these newer boutique buildings is The Chatham, built in 2000 by the Dean of Architecture at Yale, the renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern.
Our latest showcase home in New York is this high floor luxury condo at The Chatham.
Spanning 2,250 square feet, the residence offers three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and gorgeous natural light from walls of windows that showcase fabulous panoramas of the city.
We dressed the condo in our signature transitional style, with a crisp, elegant white and grey palette accented by tasteful pops of color from pillows, throws, florals, and beautiful abstract art.
Cultivating a casually sophisticated air, we designed the space to feel as chic and worldly as its neighborhood.
We staged the $6,695,000 listing for Leslie Modell, Sotheby’s International Realty.
