Staging The Diamond House on Manhattan’s Upper East Side
Manhattan’s Upper East Side is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in New York City.
Home to many of the wealthiest New Yorkers, past and present, including Rockefellers, Roosevelts, and Kennedys, the area hosts world-class culture and shopping along Museum Mile and Madison Ave.
Among the Upper East Side’s many boutique residential buildings is The Diamond House, built in 1942 and converted to contemporary luxury condominiums in 2007.
The impeccably detailed apartments of The Diamond House combine modern elements with expansive open floor plans. We recently staged this 3,909 square foot unit, featuring five bedroom suites and a split-level, double sunken living room and dining area.
We furnished the home in an inviting, semi-eclectic transitional style, with richly textured fabrics and rugs and earthy woods and accessories lending it a hip, welcoming feel.
Sectioning its great room into distinct living and dining areas, we aimed to show prospective buyers how they might make best use of the generous space.
We staged the $5,495,000 listing for Deborah Kern, Corcoran.
