Meridith Baer Quoted at NYC’s Brick Underground

Meridith Baer is quoted in the Brick Underground post How to Make the Tiny Bath in your NYC Rental Apartment More Functional.

She also weighs in on walls:

A fresh coat of paint is the easiest and most inexpensive way to transform a space, and lighter shades can help a tight bathroom space feel much larger.

Meridith Baer Quoted in Brick Underground

Meridith Baer is quoted in the Brick Underground post What’s the best shade of white to paint your NYC apartment if you’re trying to sell?

Meridith gives two paint recommendations in the feature—one for traditional apartments, and one for contemporary.

For older apartments or those with more traditional architectural features, I like Benjamin Moore’s Simply White. It is bright and crisp with a touch of softness, but it never reads yellow… For more contemporary apartments, I like a pristine, clean white. My favorite is Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace.
