The residence features expansive open plan interiors surrounded by a 1,000 square foot wraparound terrace, all of which needed furnishing to show their best.

Large open spaces like this can challenge buyers. Toured empty, it can be difficult to envision how they might best be laid out. Our staging demystified how both the great room and terrace could be arranged to be practical and beautiful.
