Staging a Luxury Condo at The Chatham in Lenox Hill, New York

Lenox Hill is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in New York City, both in terms of finance and culture.

Home to the renowned Whitney Museum and the European treasures of The Frick Collection, the Upper East Side community also boasts some of the city’s most coveted pre-war mansions alongside more contemporary highrises.

One of these newer boutique buildings is The Chatham, built in 2000 by the Dean of Architecture at Yale, the renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern.
