Meridith Baer Home Staged Director James Cameron’s Malibu Compound for Sale

Oscar-winning director James Cameron recently put his Malibu compound on the market, with both of its two mansions staged to sell by Meridith Baer Home!

Cameron may be best known for his films “Avatar” and “Titanic,” which hold records as two of the three top grossing movies of all time.

His compound in Malibu’s exclusive Serra Retreat features two distinct estates that span 16,000 combined square feet, with 11 bedrooms, 13 baths, a guesthouse, guardhouse, and two pools and spas between them.

Both residences feature beautiful Spanish architecture, with beamed ceilings, wood trimming, and Saltillo tile floors.

Our transitional design lent the compound’s European interiors an updated feel, showing buyers how more classical spaces can be made to feel fresh and contemporary, without compromising elegance.

We staged the $25 million listing for Josh and Matthew Altman, Douglas Elliman.

The compound was a Los Angeles Times Hot Property last week:

Todd K. Testimonial―Again!

Todd K. Testimonial—Again!

We just received our second testimonial from a valued repeat client whose Brentwood, CA home just sold!

Meridith,

My Mandeville Canyon home just sold. It was a long haul, but I know the new owners are very excited and I’m sure they’ll be very happy there.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with MB Home’s installation, execution and finally the move-out. Your team left the house spotless. In fact, I cancelled the cleaning crew I had scheduled.

I have had a lot of good experiences with your company. Since business owners usually only hear when customers have something to complain about, I thought you’d want to hear the good stuff, too!

Thank you for helping me to sell my home.

It’s much appreciated.

Todd

Thank you for your lovely words, Todd. It was our pleasure helping sell your home—again!
