At Meridith Baer Home, we’re always thrilled to hear from happy clients!
Our salesperson Mary D. recently received the best testimonial ever after staging a luxury condo in Los Angeles. Read on for perhaps the most unique, charming feedback we’ve ever received:
I want to give you my sincerest apologies for what we put you through. I remember the first day we met. You were a victim of the disfunction between myself and my realtors. You were surrounded by the chaos of my renovation, wearing tyvek booties to protect your feet and a facemark to protect against Covid-19. I was covered head to toe with paint and I was wearing a paint respirator. The air was thick with paint fumes and the floor sticky due to overflow paint. Despite the suboptimal conditions you rose above it all and gave an optimal presentation.
More dysfunction and miscommunication, we started. We delayed. We postponed. We waffled. We stopped dead in our tracks. We started again. We balked. We shot ourselves in the foot. We shot ourselves in the other foot. Finally after the holidays we spoke with one voice and things looked like everything would be smooth sailing from here on in.
But the day of installation calamity struck. No “Temporary No Parking Signs???!!”. A car and three dumpsters were taking up the two parking places that was suppose to be reserved for your moving van. I emailed. I texted. I called. I shouted. I stomped my feet. But the city miraculously emptied the dumpsters and removed them. The car took off. Then Ryan, your designer, and I were able to wrangle the parking spaces for the moving van. And in mere seconds the moving van appeared and they parked without incident. The movers wondered what all the fuss was about. It was almost as if you willed your Positive Parking Karma (Parkma) to resolve my dilemma.
After that the installation was a success. Your designer Ryan and his team transformed my cold box of a condo into a vision of what it could be. A warm and loving home.
I am grateful that you endured our disfunction. You never lost your pose, patience, and professionalism. You, Mary, are a valuable asset to your team and to Meridith Baer.
Steven, we can’t thank you enough for this delightful note. And Mary and Ryan, congrats on a job very well done!READ MORE
