Perfectly situated across from Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the residence is on the seventh floor of a prestigious 1926 apartment house, uniquely designed in the style of an Italian Renaissance Palazzo.
With nine sprawling rooms and three exposures, the apartment evokes the grandeur of a bygone era, with tall ceilings, a gallery built to display a collection of fine art, and front bedroom views of the landmarked facade of the Met and the Koch fountains.
Our design in the unit was monochrome and modern, lending the classical space an updated, transitional look and feel. We paid special attention to furnishing the gallery with bold, interesting art to engage buyers as they walked through.READ MORE
