Meridith Baer Home is thrilled to share our latest luxury staging showcase—the penthouse at Shigeru Ban’s Metal Shutter Houses in West Chelsea!

His Metal Shutter Houses feature 20-foot upward-pivoting glass living room walls that, when open, create a seamless connection between each home’s interior and terrace.

We furnished the building’s penthouse with organic modern sophistication, sectioning its 46-foot great room into stylish living, lounging, and dining areas.

Using large mirrors to add width to the long space, we showed buyers how the showplace could be transformed into a chic, welcoming home.
