‘The Witcher’ Creator Lauren Schmidt Hissrich Bought a Modern Farmhouse Staged by Meridith Baer Home

Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, creator of the blockbuster Netflix show ‘The Witcher,’ recently bought a modern farmhouse in Studio City, staged by Meridith Baer Home!

Schmidt worked on the network TV hits ‘The West Wing’ and ‘Private Practice’ before going on to write and produce Marvel’s ‘Daredevil’ series on Netflix, then ‘The Witcher.’

Her husband, Michael Hissrich, also works in television, winning three Emmys for producing ‘The West Wing’ and also producing nearly 120 episodes of ‘Shameless.’

Meridith Baer Home staged the latest Los Angeles Times Home of the Week—a newly built 10,200 square foot estate in Encino, CA!

The nine bedroom, nine bath house boasts a multi-room master retreat; 1,000 square foot patio area with an outdoor kitchen, lounge, and zero-edge pool; and a two-story guest house.

We furnished the entire property in our signature transitional style, featuring some of our most elegant new dining chairs, sofas, and artwork.

We staged the $7.795 million listing for Dennis Chernov, Keller Williams.
