New York’s Fifth Avenue is one of the most expensive and elegant streets in the world.
In the late 19th century, Manhattan’s richest residents built their mansions along the Avenue, looking directly onto Central Park, an oasis of relaxed green amidst the hurry and concrete of the city.
This glamorous stretch was nicknamed “Millionaire’s Row.”
Our latest showcase home in New York is this luxury residence along that historic, exclusive row.
On a high floor in a white glove coop designed by famed architect Rosario Candela, the simplex apartment features large picture windows overlooking both Central Park and the city skyline.
We dressed the home in our signature transitional style, with brass, chrome, and fur accents lending the classical New York space a more contemporary appeal.
