Pasadena Midcentury Eclectic: Meridith Baer Home Featured in Dwell Magazine

Eclectic staging by Meridith Baer Home is featured in the Dwell Magazine story, A Pristine Pasadena Midcentury Hits the Market at $3.4M!

The article spotlights a 1956 house designed by renowned architect John F. Galbraith and currently owned by Christian Karlsson, songwriter and producer for such pop luminaries as Madonna, Britney Spears, and Katy Perry.

Pasadena Midcentury Eclectic

Recently revamped and restored, the property needed staging that reflected the artsy flair of both its midcentury era and its current owner.

We installed eclectic furnishings that mixed period-correct pieces with more contemporary, fashion-forward elements, creating interiors that felt uniquely stylish, elegant, and inviting.

Meridith Baer Home Staged Actor Robert Conrad's Malibu Home for Sale

Meridith Baer Home Staged Robert Conrad’s Malibu Home for Sale—Already Under Contract!

Meridith Baer Home recently staged Robert Conrad’s Malibu home for sale, and it’s already under contract!

The late actor is best known for his popular roles on the 1960s TV shows “Hawaiian Eye” and “The Wild, Wild West.” His two-story oceanfront house features walls of glass and a wraparound balcony for panoramic sea views, as well as a beach volleyball court and private putting green.

The property was a perfect canvas for our transitional coastal design, with earthy woods and wicker accented by pops of bold color from pillows, florals, and abstract contemporary art.

We staged the property for Rochelle Maize, Nourmand & Associates.

The listing was a Los Angeles Times Hot Property last week:
