We showed how to section each room into distinct areas—living and dining, sleeping and sitting—while ensuring the entire house feels like a cohesive contemporary showplace.

Staging Woodvale Estate: a $25 Million Contemporary Mansion in Encino

Meridith Baer Home stages Los Angeles’ premier listings, transforming them from empty spaces into finished, stylish homes that inspire upmarket buyers to bid lavishly.

Our latest design showcase is Woodvale Estate, a newly built $25 million contemporary mansion south of the boulevard in Encino, featured in the video above.

The home spans over 21,000 square feet across three levels, with an expansive open plan main floor, eight bedrooms, two home bars, and a private spa and cinema—all of which we staged for sale.

We specialize in grand scale projects like this, installing luxurious interiors throughout that equal, complement, and enhance the opulence on offer.

Furnishing the property in our signature organic modern style, we used raw woods, hides, mosses, and generous rustic accessories to emphasize the mansion’s warm, natural aesthetic.

Using large pieces to show buyers how each vast room can feel sensibly and beautifully filled, we aimed to help the mansion feel alluring and even intimate.
