Our latest celebrity home is unique in that it’s the house itself that’s well known: Meridith Baer Home recently staged the dream house from the hit TV show This Is Us!

On sale now for $18 million, The Sherman Residence is actually a double celebrity home, as it’s currently owned by actress Alyson Hannigan of How I Met Your Mother and American Pie fame.

The house was designed by architect Peter Tolkin with dramatic rustic contemporary style that made it an ideal setting for This Is Us’ flash-forward episodes.

We took our inspiration from Tolkin’s distinctive architecture, using live edge woods, stone accents, wicker, and faux fur to complement the organic luxury on offer.

Finishing the space with earthy eclectic style, our interiors blended seamlessly with the home’s artful mix of wood, concrete, and limestone.
