Today, we furnish more than 150 luxury listings each month nationwide, many of which sell for six and seven figures over asking. Our work supports leading real estate agents, developers, and homeowners across the country, helping properties stand out in competitive markets and sell faster.

Our HGTV series Staged to Perfection followed Meridith and our design team as we staged multimillion-dollar homes, bringing our work to an international attention.
It All Started with a Plant Storage Dilemma
Meridith Baer Home began by accident in 1998. After the home Meridith was renting in West Los Angeles was suddenly sold, she found herself searching for storage for her furniture and more than 250 potted plants. At the same time, a friend’s home had been sitting on the market for over a year.
Meridith suggested an alternative to leaving it empty. She furnished the home using her own pieces, showing buyers how the space could truly be lived in. The result was immediate. The home sold just days later to a Hollywood studio executive for $500,000 over asking.
Luxury home staging was born.
