Happy New Year from Meridith Baer Home

Hoping you and yours had a wonderful holiday season, and wishing you a happy new year!

We’d like to take this opportunity to acknowledge how important you are to our success. Thank you for your continued support, without which these highlights from 2019 wouldn’t be possible:

• We installed over $11 BILLION of real estate.

• We furnished 2220 homes and events, totaling more than five million square feet—a record number for us!

• Our showcase projects across the country included one of Manhattan’s most expensive highrise homes—listed for $57 million, Meryl Streep’s Tribeca penthouse, Phil Maloof’s lavish Palms Place penthouse in Las Vegas, and the artist dressing rooms backstage at the 2019 GRAMMY Awards.

CBS Sunday Morning profiled us in a feature segment; our staging debut in Arizona was chronicled on NBC Open House; and we also appeared in Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, Haute Residence, Forbes, The Telegraph UK, Westside DIGS, and the Los Angeles Times.READ MORE

Meridith Baer Quoted in Elle Decor

Meridith Baer was recently quoted in the Elle Decor feature 10+ Designer-Approved Ways to Decorate with Brown!

The piece spotlights the family room from Belbrook Contemporary, a stunning home we staged in Atherton, in Northern California’s Silicon Valley, one of the most exclusive and expensive neighborhoods in the U.S.

I love the crisp, classic combination of brown and white! In order to keep the room from becoming too ‘earthy,’ I layer in warm brass and gold accents, which add a nice reflective quality. Mixing in varied textures, like the natural silk bamboo rug, silk velvet pillows, and cashmere throws, allow me to keep the palette monochromatic without being boring. — Meridith Baer, Founder, Meridith Baer Home

Meridith Baer was recently quoted in the Elle Decor feature The Best White Paints, According to Top Interior Designers.

Meridith’s choice? Benjamin Moore’s Simply White.

Simply White has a slight warm undertone, which keeps it from feeling too sterile (no hospital vibes here). I have yet to come across a color scheme Simply White wouldn’t complement. It also really goes to work in those darker spaces with little to no natural light because the paint color itself simply radiates. Bonus, this is an eco-friendly zero VOC paint for the environmentally conscious!
