Meridith Baer Home Staged Phil Maloof’s Las Vegas Penthouse

Former New Mexico state senator Phil Maloof is selling his lavish Las Vegas penthouse, staged by Meridith Baer Home!

The Maloof family built the Palms Casino Resort, and the residence in the neighboring Palms Place highrise was designed for Sin City style entertaining.

Spanning the building’s entire 59th floor, the condo features three bedrooms, including a master suite surrounded by glass walls; five bathrooms; a DJ booth; gym; and a massive rooftop deck with a spa, 30-foot movie screen, and panoramic views of the city.

Las Vegas Review-Journal interviewed MBH designer Carolyn Greco about her staging:

Almost all of the furnishings were selected to enhance the “rock ’n’ roll” vibe of the condo, which is listed with the Ivan Sher Group, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, said designer Carolyn Greco of Meridith Baer Home, who staged the unit for sale.

“My intention was to create a hip, sexy, modern, rock ’n’ roll space — my favorite look. My main goal was not to obstruct the amazing views of Vegas this penthouse has to offer.”

Meridith Baer Quoted for International Women’s Day

Meridith Baer was quoted in Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation’s post celebrating International Women’s Day: Words to inspire you from L.A.’s top female executives!

I started my business by accident! I needed a place to store my 250 huge potted plants and furniture… so I suggested to a friend who was selling an empty home that he let me “decorate” the home with my things to show how to live in the space. The house sold in a few days for a half million over asking. It was a blessing. I had been a screenwriter for 18 years and I was tired of sitting alone in front of my computer all day.

A photo of one of our staged homes in Westport, Connecticut is the lead image in the Houzz guide How to Decorate a Coffee Table!

The pic introduces the section called “Rule of 3.”

As in so many other areas of design, three is a powerful number for styling your coffee table. For any size or shape of table, a collection of three items is pretty much foolproof.
