To complement the grand proportions of the great room, we divided the space into two distinct yet harmonious lounging and entertaining areas. Large-scale furnishings grounded the openness of the room, adding structure while maintaining visual flow and chic sophistication.

In the primary suite, soft, welcoming pastels and layered seating areas demonstrated how even the most expansive private spaces can feel intimate and restorative. The result is a penthouse that feels both architecturally bold and deeply inviting.

West Village Penthouse East

This remarkable West Village penthouse spans four bedrooms and four baths, with two levels of private outdoor space atop a full-service boutique condominium near the Hudson River.

Our staging embraced transitional design, blending elegant curves with luxurious textures and refined accents to soften the home’s modern lines. Each room was styled to feel cohesive yet distinctive, allowing buyers to imagine effortless entertaining indoors and out.

Located in a boutique luxury elevator condominium in the heart of Prospect Heights, this penthouse offered a more intimate but equally elevated living experience.

We leaned into transitional styling with elegant curves, earthy tones, and relaxed accents to reflect the neighborhood’s creative energy while maintaining a sense of quiet sophistication.
